By downloading, installing, or using Write Bee (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). 2. License to Use the App
Alphaved Private Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible mobile device owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within the App (including but not limited to game design, graphics, user interface, audio, video, text, characters, and source code) are the exclusive property of Alphaved Private Limited or our licensors. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our explicit written consent.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may include in-app purchases or subscriptions that allow you to buy premium educational features, content, or services.
- Processing: All purchases are processed securely by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- Refunds: Refund policies are strictly governed by the store where you made the purchase. Please contact Apple or Google directly for any refund requests.
- Parental Controls: As this is a children's app, we strongly encourage parents and guardians to use device-level restrictions to prevent unauthorized in-app purchases.

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

In no event shall Alphaved Private Limited, its developers (including Dhruvil Mangukiya), directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
